Austrian tape manufacturer Müroll invested in the company's first Nilpeter FA-22, which is used to produce paper materials for tape cores, bills and other paper products, and maintain its competitiveness in the market.

This machine is designed for the production of paper, which is used for self-adhesive film cores, bills and other paper products. However, in order to expand the possible product portfolio in advance, the machine is also equipped with a rotary die cutter, a crossover unit, and expanded options for UV and LED drying. This alternative drying technology can then also be used in combination with existing hot air drying systems.

Kurt Pichler, Managing Director of Müroll, said: "In our industry, we have seen the scale of work continue to decrease, the product life cycle of our customers is getting shorter and shorter, and international competition is fierce."'As a relatively high wage environment As a manufacturer, we must use the most advanced machine technology and efficiency to maintain our own highest level of competitiveness. Our new Nilpeter FA-22 provides a lot of support for this work.

Müroll is headquartered in Austria and has two other production sites in Europe. Its 25,000 square meter main manufacturing plant in Vlastanz uses polypropylene (BOPP / MOPP), PVC and paper substrates to produce nearly 200 million square meters of self-adhesive tape.
